WORKING TOGETHER
We work with you to come up with the very best solutions for your challenges!
Bailee Gacioch, LCSW
Everyone has a story and their experiences are apart of what makes them who they are today. I’m a firm believer that people want to be the best versions of themselves. Therapy is a great tool to achieve this goal. I work with individuals to help guide them through the process through a holistic and strengths based approach. I specialize in OCD and am ERP trained. I will work with you on assessing and treating your OCD to the best of my abilities. I also treat trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, self harm, behavioral health issues and I’m an advocate and ally for the LGBTQ+ community. I will help you change negative thinking and behaviors to change the world around you in a healthy and successful way.
I am passionate about helping people change their lives and I work hard at getting to know you on a deeper level. I strive to look at the world the way my clients do to better understand them. I am patient, flexible, and process with my clients on their time. I want to help everyone reach their full potential.
I’ve been working in the mental health field for 10+ years and have worked with people from all different backgrounds and upbringings. I invest in my clients and my work with them doesn’t end after a session. I work on what is best for them outside of our time together to provide the best care possible when I see them again.
Alex Oser, LCSW
I typically work with clients struggling with post trauma symptoms (PTS), whether that be from sexual violence, military experience, or an isolated incident identified as trauma to you. I am very collaborative in my approach, emphasizing a need to do work outside of session. This encourages personal growth so that you can build the confidence to deal with life’s struggles without the need for weekly therapy. Often times, PTS can manifest in daily functioning difficulty and relationships. I support clients in creating healthy boundaries with themselves and others while promoting healthier relationship and more effective communication strategies.
I have the most familiarity working with survivors of various traumas, such as sexual violence (assault/human trafficking), intimate partner violence, as well as my experience of working with service members, and/or veterans. Special interests include sex positive and non-traditional relationships.
As for my approach to therapy, I have a wide array of modalities utilized in session, pulling guidance from Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, Acceptance and Commitment Therapies, as well as having completed Level 1 & 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I understand reaching out for support can be difficult in and of itself, let alone working your struggles themselves. I’d like to see how my education, background, and experience can be of benefit to you. With a willingness to apply change, I believe we can work towards creating healthier habits and relationships by better understanding yourself.

Madison Jordan, CSW
“People may not have caused all our own problems, but they have to solve them anyway.” -a DBT Assumption... Growing up in challenging family situations- dealing with childhood trauma, having an alcoholic or drug-addicted parent, or departing a previous faith system- can lead to unmanageable problems in adulthood. Do you find yourself with relationship patterns you can’t seem to shake? A negative view of yourself you want to shift? Or reactions to stress that seem larger than fits the situation at hand? Perhaps there is just pain of the past you want to work through to move towards more happiness and thriving.
I specialize in Addiction, Anxiety, Body Positivity, Codependency, Family Conflict, with an emphasis in Trauma and PTSD.
I am also certified in EMDR therapy and hope to help you heal on your journey to healing.
Chandice Parkinson, LCSW
I’m so glad you’re here! Taking the step to either start therapy for the first time, or continue working on your journey is hard, but I’m so glad you did! My name is Chandice Parkinson and I love to work with humans of all kinds. I have experience working with all age groups, but I have a special love working with adults. I love geriatric work and am not afraid to dig deep into the hard stuff including grief and loss.
Consider me your Gandalf or Samwise. It’s your journey that I am joining. I will walk the path with you and even guide you out of the darkness at times. When all is said and done, I can’t carry the ring for you, but I can go with you all the way to Mordor
In all seriousness, connecting with and helping others has always been a passion of mine. It has been my experience that through connection and the aid of a mental health professional, we can learn the tools and find the strength within ourselves to heal and to grow. I would love to be the one to walk with you on your journey of healing and growth! I have experience with CBT (Including CBT-P and CBT-I), ACT, Reminiscence Therapy and I will be certified in EMDR by the end of spring.
