WORKING TOGETHER

We work with you to come up with the very best solutions for your challenges!

Bailee Gacioch, LCSW

Everyone has a story and their experiences are apart of what makes them who they are today. I’m a firm believer that people want to be the best versions of themselves. Therapy is a great tool to achieve this goal. I work with individuals to help guide them through the process through a holistic and strengths based approach. I specialize in OCD and am ERP trained. I will work with you on assessing and treating your OCD to the best of my abilities. I also treat trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, self harm, behavioral health issues and I’m an advocate and ally for the LGBTQ+ community. I will help you change negative thinking and behaviors to change the world around you in a healthy and successful way.

I am passionate about helping people change their lives and I work hard at getting to know you on a deeper level. I strive to look at the world the way my clients do to better understand them. I am patient, flexible, and process with my clients on their time. I want to help everyone reach their full potential.

I’ve been working in the mental health field for 10+ years and have worked with people from all different backgrounds and upbringings. I invest in my clients and my work with them doesn’t end after a session. I work on what is best for them outside of our time together to provide the best care possible when I see them again.

Amy Greenwall, ACMCH

I create a safe space for my clients to feel seen and understood, and to begin the process of seeing where change might bring ease and relief. I try to be a supportive guide to help you to enact the kind of life you would like to be living. I am passionate about supporting people through difficulties and helping them to find the clarity and commitment to building the life that they want, while undoing old and limiting beliefs about themselves. Whether it be relationship challenges or internal distress and unhappiness, I would love to help you untangle those things that aren’t working, and build new ways of being in this world.

As an experienced EMDR and emotion-focused therapist, I support clients in moving beyond their traumatic and relational wounds, enabling them to live more fully. I combine EMDR with parts work, EFT, attachment, mindfulness, and insight therapy. I move at your pace and seek to offer support & guidance through the change process.

I believe it is never too late to feel better and to find ways of moving beyond the past into a more empowered and satisfying future. When you are ready to find a new way forward, reach out to me, and I would love to help you through that dark tunnel into a brighter future. Life does not have to feel heavy forever.

Madison Jordan, CSW

“People may not have caused all our own problems, but they have to solve them anyway.” -a DBT Assumption... Growing up in challenging family situations- dealing with childhood trauma, having an alcoholic or drug-addicted parent, or departing a previous faith system- can lead to unmanageable problems in adulthood. Do you find yourself with relationship patterns you can’t seem to shake? A negative view of yourself you want to shift? Or reactions to stress that seem larger than fits the situation at hand? Perhaps there is just pain of the past you want to work through to move towards more happiness and thriving.

I specialize in Addiction, Anxiety, Body Positivity, Codependency, Family Conflict, with an emphasis in Trauma and PTSD.

I am also certified in EMDR therapy and hope to help you heal on your journey to healing.

Stacie Gibbs, CSW, MEd

Hello! My name is Stacie. I am a CSW and also have my MEd in School Counseling. I have nearly a decade of working with youth between the Juvenile Justice System, a Title I school, and as a therapist. I have worked with youth who struggled with anxiety, depression, autism, attachment disorders, ODD, addiction, self-harm, and suicidality. I have a passion for working with adolescents to overcome their struggles from severe traumatic backgrounds. I enjoy working with teens and parents in helping them to have effective communication and healthy relationships. I use DBT, CBT, MI, and many other modalities. I am also certified in ERP for OCD.

My main focus is to provide a safe space for teens to learn and grow. I want them to not only feel safe, but to know they are not alone. I focus on being genuine and realistic, while also teaching them the skills to improve their mental health.

While my main focus is on working with adolescents, I enjoy working with young adults as well on personal growth, life skills, anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, autism, OCD, women’s health, grief, complex health diagnosis, and infertility. I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals from many backgrounds and would love to get to know you and your story!

Sarah Dunkle, CSW, MEd

Life can be overwhelming, especially when we’re carrying the weight of past trauma, anxiety, depression, or ongoing stressors. My goal as a mental health provider is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and rediscover balance in your life. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that emotional well-being is deeply connected to our physical health, environment, relationships, and sense of purpose.

Together, we will explore not only the symptoms you’re experiencing, but also the root causes behind them—working to heal from the inside out. I integrate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, grounding techniques, and trauma-informed care with a compassionate, whole-person perspective. This approach allows you to gain insight, build coping tools, and strengthen your connection to yourself and the world around you.

In addition to therapy, I offer case management and resource support to help address life’s practical challenges that often contribute to stress or instability. This may include assistance with navigating systems, connecting to community resources, or coordinating care to ensure your needs are fully supported.

My work is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for healing and growth. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck under the weight of life’s responsibilities, I’m here to walk beside you as you reclaim your sense of peace, resilience, and self-worth.

Alex Oser, LCSW

I typically work with clients struggling with post trauma symptoms (PTS), whether that be from sexual violence, military experience, or an isolated incident identified as trauma to you. I am very collaborative in my approach, emphasizing a need to do work outside of session. This encourages personal growth so that you can build the confidence to deal with life’s struggles without the need for weekly therapy. Often times, PTS can manifest in daily functioning difficulty and relationships. I support clients in creating healthy boundaries with themselves and others while promoting healthier relationship and more effective communication strategies.

I have the most familiarity working with survivors of various traumas, such as sexual violence (assault/human trafficking), intimate partner violence, as well as my experience of working with service members, and/or veterans. Special interests include sex positive and non-traditional relationships.

As for my approach to therapy, I have a wide array of modalities utilized in session, pulling guidance from Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, Acceptance and Commitment Therapies, as well as having completed Level 1 & 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

I understand reaching out for support can be difficult in and of itself, let alone working your struggles themselves. I’d like to see how my education, background, and experience can be of benefit to you. With a willingness to apply change, I believe we can work towards creating healthier habits and relationships by better understanding yourself.
